What You'll Be Doing:
* Starting in Sales – You'll begin by representing our NPO client, engaging with potential donors where they live, shop, and work across Cork.
* Developing Leadership Skills – As you progress, you'll take on more responsibility, learning how to train and support new team members.
* Building Meaningful Relationships – Connect with donors, educate them about the organisation's mission, and inspire them to commit to long-term support.
* Achieving & Exceeding Targets – This role is target-driven, with clear goals and rewards for top performers.
* Progressing into a Leadership Role – Through our structured training program, successful candidates will develop the skills needed to step into a Team Leader position.
