Job Description
About The Role
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of NIQ Brandbank’s Supplier accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and supporting your clients with item submissions, account queries and any other business needs on a day-to-day basis. You will also be responsible for securing client renewals, and for the generation of New Business revenue for your portfolio of clients, with a particular emphasis on increasing the volume of products on our platform and adoption of our SAAS services. Alongside a Customer Success Manager, you will be a primary point of contact for your clients. You will be responsible for achieving Quarterly targets; primarily these will be revenue based, but you will also be accountable for consistently improving retailer coverage metrics and customer satisfaction KPIs.
Your Responsibilities

Delivering core revenue targets, primarily focused on securing Annual Renewal revenue, but also supporting additional volume and increased New Business spend.
Accurately forecasting revenue to the Commercial Manager and ensuring there is a consistently strong pipeline to deliver targets. This is generally on a monthly basis, but you may be asked to provide additional forecasts at your manager’s discretion.
Developing a full understanding of the NIQ Brandbank value proposition.
Building a rapport with your supplier base, frequently contacting them to understand their service requirements and identify potential areas where NIQ Brandbank can further support their business objectives. This will support both revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Using the above knowledge to create Account Development Plans. This should include Objectives, Goals, Strategies & Measures detailed for all relevant accounts.
Engaging your clients to establish a good operating rhythm for new item submissions and product revisions, with a goal of ensuring we have 100% coverage month on month for all our Retail partners requesting content.
Working with our operations team to ensure items are scheduled for delivery, and managing any queries or issues related to those operational processes.
Creating engagement plans to resolve any ongoing client issues and working with various business functions to drive process improvement and achieve consistently strong customer satisfaction.

If you have sales experience with a proven track record of delivering strong results against revenue targets and KPIs then this role is for you! We are looking for a strong communicator and organised individual who thrives in a busy environment.
The role is located in Swords, Dublin with the option of Hybrid working.
Your Qualifications

Proven track record of managing revenue targets, with a strong desire to consistently overachieve against both personal targets and objectives.
Demonstrable sales experience, strategic sales planning and implementation, including pipeline management.
Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team, in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized and able to prioritise workload, with good time management skills and excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation skills and the ability to network effectively.

What We Offer

37,000 EUR - 40,000 EUR Annually. Placement within the range will depend on objective criteria including experience, skills, and internal equity considerations. We are committed to equal pay and pay transparency. Remuneration decisions are made using gender-neutral and objective criteria.
In addition, a variable remuneration, for example in the form of a performance- or sales-related bonus, may be granted for this position.

Other Things You Should Know

You may be asked to undertake additional duties to those above, either on a temporary or permanent basis, which the Company reasonably believes you are capable of carrying out or for which you will be trained.
There may be requirements and opportunities for travel, both nationally and internationally, as part of this role.
This role will be eligible for The NIQ Brandbank Quarterly Sales Incentive Plan commission scheme. Entitlement to SIP will be based on performance against revenue targets and any other relevant KPIs.
