Boylan & Co are pleased to announce a vacancy for a full-time, part-qualified accountant based on-site in Drogheda. The ideal candidate will be exposed to a wide variety of clients, from personal tax returns, to sole traders, to Limited companies. The successful candidate will report to the Partners, and liaise with clients. The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills as the role will require the candidate to maintain excellent client relationships.
Responsibilities
* Preparation of Accounts for a wide variety of Sole Traders, Partnerships, and Companies
* Preparation of corporate and personal tax returns
* Preparation of VAT and PAYE returns
* Preparation of VIES/ Intrastat returns
* Preparation of budgets/ forecasts
* Company Secretarial Filings
Qualifications
* Part-qualified Accountant (ACCA)
* Minimum of 1-2 years of similar practice experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Proficient in Sage, Bright AP, Bright Software, Xero, and other similar accounting software
* Strong level of attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Must have the right to live and work in Ireland.
