Maintenance Administrator Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to provide administrative support to our maintenance scheduling department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate service schedules and maintain up-to-date records of services performed.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare detailed reports on service inspections.
* Generate and issue contracts to clients.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling inquiries within the maintenance department.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in an administrative role, preferably in a maintenance or building services environment.
* Proficiency in analyzing data and preparing reports using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Full, clean driver's license.
This is a full-time permanent position based on-site in Naas, Co. Kildare.
