We are recruiting for a Hotel Front Office Manager to join our existing team. Ideally the lucky person will have minimum of 2 years management or supervisory experience in an hotel environment. The candidate will be motivated and hardworking with a strong commitment and emphasis on quality and standards while providing excellent customer care. Main Responsibilities: Lead the front office team to make sure all procedures are followed Maintain a supportive environment by training and developing both new and existing staff members. Drive excellence by implementing and training on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and high standards. Supporting the front office team and Management team Providing the highest customer service for all of the hotel internal and external guests Maximise revenue through effective upselling Take charge of rostering for the department. Covering Duty Manager shifts Engage in management meetings to stay informed and contribute to the overall success of the property. Coordinate with the Accommodation department to make sure all guest request are meet Requirements: Prior experience as a Hotel Front Office Manager is essential.
