Recognized as a Great Place to Work in Ireland for nine consecutive years, we operate from 35 offices worldwide, conducting business across 100+ countries daily.Working hours: 9am - 5.30pmResponsibilitiesServe as a point of contact for the Payment Processing teams, including Payroll.Ensure current processes operate efficiently.Maintain awareness of client SLAs and strive to meet them.Challenge existing processes to identify savings and efficiency improvements.Identify key process issues, propose solutions, and implement changes when appropriate.Monitor and review procedural releases to ensure compliance and understanding.Apply effective Change Management protocols with stakeholder engagement before implementing changes.Escalate payment & payroll issues to Senior Management and follow through with instructions.Follow Escalation & Incident Management Procedures diligently.Respond promptly to queries and ensure team tasks are completed as expected.Analyze information to present high-level reports to management.Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment to deliver quality work.Prioritize tasks through delegation and support, deciding which tasks to address first.Handle client queries with urgency, aiming for excellent client experience.Maintain and review team task lists regularly for efficiency.Train new staff using various materials (PowerPoint, Video, Word, Excel).Identify additional training needs through workload and performance reviews.Keep clear training notes for team reference and process understanding.Mentor and develop team members for progression.Ensure daily targets are met and communicate career paths within Treasury.Support team members in achieving targets and understanding development opportunities.Maintain professionalism in presentation, communication, and behavior.Respect and uphold standards for all resources, processes, and people within CluneTech.Complete work timely and support the team to meet organizational goals.Understand the broader strategy for continued growth.Adhere to the Payments Team Code of Conduct and promote compliance within the team.Boost your careerFind thousands of job opportunities by signing up to eFinancialCareers today.
