You will take full ownership of the breakfast section, ensuring all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards. They are committed to excellence and fostering a supportive and professional work environment. Key Duties: Prepare and cook all breakfast items to order from an la carte menu. Ensure food is consistently prepared and presented to the highest standards. Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen. Manage inventory for the breakfast section and report any shortages. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth transitions to lunch service. Handle customer dietary requirements and special requests with care and accuracy. Requirements: Proven experience in a similar Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie role in a hotel or quality restaurant. Strong knowledge of breakfast cookery, including la carte service. Ability to work independently with excellent time management. Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail. Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland. Visa or relocation packages are not provided. Must be available to work early mornings, with shift starting at 6:00 AM.
