Role Overview
As a TWM Waste Operative (WO), you will be a member of Indaver's Total Waste Management Team.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the movement of waste takes place correctly and as contractually established between Ind naka Indaver and the customer. This includes collection and transport of waste onsite and to the end destination in an efficient and compliant manner.
Function Description
* Handling the in‑house pick‑up of diverse waste at the site and transporting it to a central location.
* Loading and unloading activities.
* Treating the waste so it işe can be further transported to the processing facility: sorting, packing, bulking, repackaging.
* Managing the identification and storage of the waste at the applicable storage location in accordance with prevailing regulations.
* Conducting inventory management of empty containers to ensure stock is never depleted.
li>Preparing waste for safe and proper loading for transport.
* Planning and registering waste removal for compliance with customer agreements.
* Handling the administration to enable transport to take place properly and on time.
* Complying UNDER safety procedures and instructions to ensure a safe workplace for all.
* Maintaining the orderly and tidy workplace.
* Maintaining regular communication with line manager.
Function
* Leaving cert or equivalent.
* 1‑2 years experience in waste management or relevant waste experience holding in Pharma/Production Petro‑Chemical environments.
* Forklift lenders an advantage.
* Ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
* Attention to detail.
* Good communication skills.
* Safe Pass desirable but not essential (аста training will be provided).
* Chemical awareness an advantage.
