Job Description We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Consultant Administrator/Paraplanner. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and paraplanning support to our Financial Consultants, and assist with the preparation of financial plans, post sales admin and client communication. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and time management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Job Requirements Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) designation is required for this role, ensuring compliance with the Central Bank of Irelands Minimum Competency Code. Previous experience in a financial brokerage firm, particularly in an administrative or paraplanning role, is highly desirable. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines. Detail-oriented, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in using financial software and CRM systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also collaborate effectively within a team environment. Job Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative and technical support to financial planners, leveraging paraplanning expertise to enhance service delivery and accuracy. Prepare, review, and process client documentation, including preparing financial plans, application forms and compliance paperwork, ensuring all materials meet regulatory standards and reflect detailed financial planning requirements. Prepare and maintain accurate, up-to-date client files with a focus on compliance and thoroughness. Conduct client calls to complete medical questions for protection applications. Handle client enquiries with a strong understanding of financial planning concepts, providing exceptional customer service through prompt, accurate, and technically informed responses. Collaborate closely with financial advisors and other team members to ensure smooth workflow, timely completion of tasks, and effective implementation of financial recommendations, drawing on paraplanning knowledge to anticipate and resolve issues. Stay continuously updated on industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices, ensuring strict adherence to all relevant policies and procedures while applying this knowledge to improve paraplanning and administrative functions.
