About Your New Job as a Bid Manager
* As the Bid Manager, you will manage the team to deliver all bid within the specified timelines
* You will be responsible for keeping the bids team on track with deadlines and bring together contributions from across the business to create strong tenders.
* You will also ensure that all bids are up to date and represent the business confidently in site visits and other client meetings
* You will be working closely with the Sales Director
What Skills You Need
* You must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in writing and developing bids/tenders
* You must have full, permanent and immediate rights to work in Ireland
* Knowledge of the facilities management industry is a strong advantage
* The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of various IT products such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
What's on Offer
* Salary: €65-75K (doe)
* Commission structure for both new and retained business
* Hybrid work structure (2 days office based and 3 from home)
* 25 days annual leave
