Your new roleAs Head of Sales, you will lead the commercial strategy across digital advertising, branded content, and partnerships. You'll manage a sales team of 5, develop innovative revenue models, and build strong relationships with media agencies, brands, and direct clients. Reporting to the CEO, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business and driving sustainable revenue growth. Key responsibilities include: Developing and executing the digital sales strategy Leading, mentoring, and expanding the sales team Building and nurturing relationships with key advertisers and partners Identifying new revenue streams including programmatic, native, and affiliate opportunities Collaborating with editorial, marketing, and product teams to align commercial goals What you'll need to succeed Proven track record in digital media sales.
