Vacancy ID : 038524 Closing Date : 20-Nov-2025 12:00 038524 - Lecturer / Assistant Lecturer Organic and Physical Chemistry - Permanent South East Technological University (SETU) is seeking applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Assistant Lecturer / Lecturer in Organic and Physical Chemistry, based at our Carlow Campus.
The successful candidate will join a dynamic and committed team delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and research across a range of undergraduate Applied Sciences programmes.
The appointee will be expected to contribute to teaching, assessment, and supervision, as well as actively participate in curriculum design, programme development, and the wider academic and professional activities of the Department and Faculty.
Candidates must hold a relevant Honours Degree (First or Second Class) or equivalent, along with a relevant postgraduate qualification (Master's or Ph D) or equivalent professional qualification.
A minimum of three years' relevant postgraduate experience is also required.
