ERP Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled ERP business analyst to partner with our users across the organization, understand and analyze their requirements. This role will cover both ERP analysis and application support.

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years' experience in automotive importation & distribution, knowledge of Keyloop (Kerridge) IMS (advantageous), background in product management of automotive software (design, implementation, support).


Responsibilities:

* Design and optimize ERP-related processes to improve efficiency including internal business processes and integrations to/from OEMs and dealers.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to achieve existing and future business objectives. /li>
* Liaise with third-party providers to interpret requirements, prepare user requirement documentation, monitor interim development cycle prior delivery iterative final versions for user testing.
