We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to drive the successful deployment of our HR platform for new clients.
The Implementation Specialist will be the primary day-to-day contact for our clients, responsible for the hands-on configuration and delivery of the HR Duo platform. This role requires a blend of technical aptitude, project management skills, and strong client service.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
* Lead the implementation process for a portfolio of clients from project kick-off to successful go-live.
* Gather and document client business requirements, translating them into system configurations.
* Configure the HR Duo platform to meet client-specific needs, including workflows, user roles, and integrations.
* Conduct client training sessions to ensure user adoption and proficiency.
* Manage project timelines, communicate progress, and address client questions and concerns throughout the implementation.
* Collaborate with Systems and Product teams to ensure a smooth migration and implementation
Key Skills and Competencies:
* 2+ years of proven experience in a software implementation, technical project management, or a similar dedicated client-facing role.
* A solid foundational understanding of core HR processes.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical requirements.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; you must be comfortable leading conversations and training sessions.
* Prior experience working with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) or other SAAS products is critical.
