Our team in Limerick is responsible for serving over 600 clients, offering prompt and quality responses to their queries. We are seeking a Client Services Representative based in Limerick who will report directly to our Custody Services Manager.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
1. Acting as the main point of contact for all custody related queries from our clients.
2. Maintaining and enhancing the service provided to our clients.
3. Ownership, management and resolution of all client queries.
4. Awareness of transition activity linked to our clients.
5. Identifying and managing resolution of service delivery root causes.
6. Initiating frequent, proactive communication with daily contacts to verify perceived levels of satisfaction and demonstrate proactive service.
Key Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized and have strong problem-solving abilities. They must also have a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service and be proficient in managing multiple priorities. A background in finance or a related field would be an asset but not required.
