Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Bar & Restaurant Supervisor for one of our well established clients based in Cahersiveen, Co. Kerry.
The Bar & Restaurant Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the bar and restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and hospitality.
Responsibilities

Requirements
* 2 years+ experience as a Bar Supervisor or Bar Manager in a high-volume environment.
* Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent knowledge of bar operations, stock control, and health and safety regulations.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Passionate about providing top-tier customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
* Strong decision-making skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Package on Offer
* Competitive salary of €30,000 – €32,000 per year dependent on experience.
* Meals on duty, tips; accommodation can be provided if needed.
* Other benefits to be discussed at interview stage.
