QC Project Manager
This role is designed for a skilled professional with expertise in quality control and project management to drive scientific innovation, improve patient outcomes, and contribute to groundbreaking projects.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with QC teams to implement continuous improvement projects and streamline processes.
* Develop and execute process improvements for onboarding, training, and method-specific training.
* Analyze data to reduce investigation frequency and ensure high-quality results in QC teams.
* Enhance laboratory efficiency by optimizing Lean labs and automated scheduling tool processes.
* Manage projects independently, including planning, tracking, communication, and escalation of issues.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Science or related field.
* Minimum 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare laboratory or technical function.
* Strong knowledge of laboratory operations, particularly training and testing requirements.
* Project scoping and tracking skills are desirable.
