This position involves planning and preparing nutritious meals for crew members on board a naval vessel. * Key responsibilities include food planning, preparation, and delivery to meet the dietary needs of shipboard personnel.
* As a member of the Logistics Team, you will be responsible for operating a well-structured kitchen, maintaining efficient systems, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* You will participate in menu planning, stock control, and provisioning for operations of varying duration, including emergency response situations.
* In addition, you will support the training and supervision of junior chefs, assisting in their development and mentorship.
