We are seeking a Business Process Analyst for a rapidly growing technology company. This role involves developing a tool to assist the sales team in accessing essential content for their initiatives. It's an opportunity to formalise processes, automate data workflows, and make intricate data genuinely actionable.
The Offer:
* 9-month contract with a PAYE Annual salary of up to €73,000 doe
* Hybrid working—Dublin-based role with flexibility - 2/3 days onsite

Key Responsibilities:
* Grasp the company’s value proposition and convert it into structured sales processes.
* Develop automated data ingestion systems to minimise manual data entry.
* Ensure the accuracy of complex formulas across multiple system integrations.
* Create clear and concise documentation of processes for various stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Expertise in Microsoft Excel—a deep understanding is essential.
* Familiarity with Python and SQL is advantageous.
* Proficiency in conveying complex mathematical concepts to non-technical audiences.
* A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related discipline.
