Property Claims Expert
Job Summary: An experienced Property Claims Technical Expert is required to join our GI Claims team.
The role encompasses a combination of technical property claims handling and supporting the wider Property Claims team with technical development and upskilling.
* Manage a portfolio of technical property claims to ensure the appropriate claims strategy is deployed.
* Act as a technical referral point to provide excellent claims service across the Property claims portfolio.
The successful candidate will enhance technical expertise across the Property claims team, conducting regular reviews of portfolios and KPIs to identify improvement actions.
Quantity Surveying, Engineering, and construction experience will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Claims Strategy Deployment: Manage a portfolio of technical property claims, ensuring the optimal claims strategy is implemented.
2. Technical Expertise Development: Support the Property Claims team in enhancing their technical knowledge and skills.
3. KPI Review and Improvement Actions: Conduct regular reviews of portfolios and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
