Department Head Position
This is a full-time role with 39 hours per week.
Main Responsibilities:
* Supervise a department to drive sales and profitability for the store.
* Deliver an exceptional Customer Experience through team leadership.
* Evaluate team performance, provide constructive feedback, and support succession through development and training.
* Analyse and monitor Sales & Profit KPIs for your department.
