Senior Process Engineer – Limerick
About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Process Engineer to support a high-performing manufacturing environment. This role focuses on process optimisation, technical problem-solving, and supporting product transfers across key value streams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day process engineering support within manufacturing operations.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and increase OEE.
Investigate and resolve technical issues, supporting CAPA and change control.
Lead and support projects, including process optimisation and technology improvements.
Conduct troubleshooting using strong analytical and statistical methods.
Execute process validations for new and existing lines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings clearly.
Maintain GMP compliance and support documentation updates.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering or related scientific discipline (Level 8 or equivalent).
7+ years’ experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
Strong problem-solving, project management, and technical leadership skills.
Experience with CI tools, statistical techniques (DOE, capability analysis, etc.), and process validation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
