Customer Service Role

Key Responsibilities:

* Put the customer first in everything you do.
* Get to know your customers and serve them with pride.
* Ensure products and services are always available for customers.
* Handle all products with care to maintain quality.
* Keep shop floors and back areas clean and tidy.
* Follow department routines and processes using provided training.
* Adhere to company policies and health and safety procedures.

You will have a core role, but may be asked to support colleagues by helping in other departments. Provide great customer service by proactively smiling, greeting, acknowledging, and assisting customers. Work hard for customers, your team, and your department.
