About the Role We're looking for a media buyer obsessed with numbers, growth, and speed to run TikTok Shop ad campaigns (with a strong focus on GMV Max). While GMV Max automates much of the buying mechanics, this role requires sharp instincts around budget allocation, offer testing, creative inputs, and scaling decisions. You'll be responsible for working closely with client teams and our internal creators to ensure campaigns are set up with the right offers, creatives, and budgets then analyze results, iterate quickly, and scale what's working. The ideal candidate is data-driven, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.
