* Administer, configure, and maintain the Service Now platform to ensure stability, performance, and usability.
The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day administration of the Service Now platform ensuring it operates reliably and securely in line with business requirements. This includes key responsibilities such as administering configuration maintaining stability performance and usability of the service now platform supporting enhancement core ITSM modules including incident problem change request CMDB configure workflows business rules client scripts UI policies Flow Designer manage user access roles groups security controls build maintain reports dashboards basic Performance Analytics monitor health troubleshoot issues work vendors internal teams resolve incidents support integrations third party systems like monitoring HR finance applications participate upgrade planning testing release management activities close stakeholders gather requirements deliver practical Service solutions other job functions.
