A highly motivated Sales Engineer is sought to join the dynamic team.

This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with top-tier Enterprise customers and prospective customers in the security and computer vision space.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage all enterprise customer trials, ensuring successful conversion and outcomes.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, partners, and other key stakeholders.
* Create and develop champions in your accounts to drive deals and achieve a technical win.
* Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, including product demonstrations, proof of concept, and solution design.
* Work with the sales team and channel partners to gather and analyze customer requirements, engage in discovery conversations, address technical questions, concerns, and objections, and offer solutions to overcome challenges.
* Act as the bridge between the sales team and the core business (product, technology, operations) to understand customer requirements, demonstrate product capabilities, and address solution concerns.
* Present Halos roadmap features and functionality to customers and prospects.
* Own the management and coordination of tender responses and maintain a high-quality, up-to-date RfX response and solution positioning repository including solution sheets and supporting documentation.
* Design technical solutions that address customer and prospect needs in collaboration with Product & Technology.
* Provide feedback from customer interactions to help shape product roadmaps, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the development of new features or enhancements.
* Be an active influencer for directional investment and keeping the Halos offering at the cutting edge of the market.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure Halos remains at the forefront of innovation and contribute input to Product Development and the wider community.
* Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent Halos and promote our solutions.
* Contribute to whitepapers and market positioning content published as part of the Halos thought leadership community.
* Collaborate with the Enterprise sales team and channel partners to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to win deals.
* Work closely with other sales engineers to learn from wins and losses and continuously improve.

Requirements:

* A minimum of two years of experience in a sales engineering role in a technology-led organization.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Willingness and ability to travel.
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field is desirable but not necessary.
