Responsibilities
1. Work across a variety of kitchens, adapting to different styles and menus
2. Support Head Chefs to deliver exceptional food and service
3. Manage your own section, ensuring it's fully prepared and service-ready
4. Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes with consistency and care
5. Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout your shift
6. Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
Requirements
7. Minimum 1 years' experience in a busy kitchen environment
8. Food Safety certification (Excel can assist with this if needed)
9. Available for daytime shifts (Mon-Fri)
10. Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen procedures
11. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards
12. Good communication skills and a professional attitude
