Restaurat Shift Team Leader / Floor Supervisor
We are currently recruiting for a new team member to join our management team for our busy & bustling casual dining Tapas Bar & Latin American Restaurant in Maynooth.
This is an exciting opportunity for an up and coming Manager/Host/Supervisor who is ready to take the next step in their career & is interested in being a part of the continued success of a busy and well established family run restaurant in Maynooth, Co. Kildare.
* Full Time: 4 day working week (work / life balance). Approx x35 hrs per week
* Daily scheduled breaks (1 hour: opening shift, 30 mins closing shift)
* Excellent tips (cash & electronic)
* Three Month Training Program
The successful candidate will have:
* Management experience and a proven track record of exceeding targets
* Natural leadership skills
* Excellent guest service skills
* Experience in supporting the seamless running of the restaurant by providing a highly efficient service, ensuring standards are maintained & guests needs are anticipated.
* Full understanding of Health & Safety procedures
* Ability to work as part of a team & lead a team; work on your own initiative, calmly & when under pressure, ensuring all issues are resolved.
Salary: Negotiatable - based on industry experience.
Sunday Premium paid (Additional €3.38 per hour above the base rate).
Excellent Tips (cash & electronic)
Additional benefits included including uniform allowance, staff meals, on site parking & up to 1 hour lunch breaks daily.
