Hotel Bar Management Opportunity
We are recruiting a skilled Bar Manager to lead our bar team and oversee the daily operations of our hotel's bars.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of stock control, cash procedures, and compliance. They will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with relevant laws and regulations, as well as maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
* Leading and developing the bar team
* Ensuring compliance with Intoxicating Liquor Act and Responsible Service of Alcohol
* Creating a positive work environment
* Managing beverage budgets, ordering, and cost control
* Conducting weekly and monthly stocktakes
The successful candidate will be a natural leader, with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and train a team. They will also be able to maintain strong relationships with colleagues across all departments.
