The Health and Safety Specialist will be responsible for managing workplace safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with occupational health and EHS standards, and conducting safety assessments. The role includes delivering safety training, developing health and safety protocols, and continually improving workplace safety practices. The successful candidate will collaborate with teams to ensure a culture of safety and compliance across operations.QualificationsComprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety, Workplace Safety, and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) protocols.Experience in Occupational Health and the implementation of health and safety regulations.Proficiency in designing and conducting effective Safety Training sessions for teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and mitigate workplace risks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to promote a culture of safety and compliance.Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.Professional certifications such as NEBOSH or equivalent are advantageous.
