Would you like to join our team and be responsible for new business wins and development/retention of customers for all Lenovo Products and Services?
In this role, you will extend account relationships through senior-level engagements and develop sales strategies for customer solutions leveraging the entire Lenovo product and service portfolio. You will prepare profit and pricing proposals, and communicate understanding of Total Cost of Ownership, industry trends, and critical success factors for effective rollout. You will engage with extended teams to provide customers in Private sector verticals with insights on how Lenovo can help achieve their goals. The role includes responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals), product transition plans, and resource planning.
Main Responsibilities
* Conduct a minimum of 6 customer-facing meetings per week.
* Build and execute a strategic sales plan for your territory.
* Develop strong relationships with private sector customers (both acquisition and retention) and channel partners, understanding their requirements and developing relevant solutions.
* Create robust account plans for key acquisition accounts, provide accurate weekly forecasts, and engage in C-level meetings with large enterprise customers.
* Collaborate with technical staff and product specialists to address customer requirements.
* Maintain territory plans outlining how sales targets will be met.
* Work with Lenovo's channel partners on demand generation and marketing activities.
* Provide feedback to sales management to reduce sales cycle, enhance sales, and improve company reputation. Share market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to add value to customers.
Organization
You will report to the Large Enterprise Sales Manager supporting customers and participate in weekly planning calls and meetings.
Skills, Experience, and Competencies Needed
* Ability to contact, qualify, develop, and close leads face-to-face and virtually.
* Systematic, persistent, and efficient in managing time and accounts.
* Excellent verbal and written communication and sales skills.
* Proficient with interactive tools including chat, forums, email, monitoring, and other web-based social media to exceed customer expectations.
* Ability to carry and achieve a sales quota.
* Negotiation and closing skills.
