Job Overview:
The role of Head of Compliance- Funds is a pivotal position that requires strategic leadership and expertise in compliance matters. This individual will be responsible for managing the Group Compliance team, supporting various entities, including Fund Services (Ireland) Limited, CCT Secretarial Limited, CCT Corporate Nominees Limited, and Corporate Services Ireland Limited.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement robust compliance strategies across the jurisdiction.
* Assist the business on compliance-related matters, including creating and implementing compliance plans, training staff, and identifying potential risks.
* Manage compliance monitoring activities, perform reviews, and report outcomes to stakeholders.
* Provide expert advice and support on AML, KYC, data protection, confidentiality, outsourcing, corporate governance, and other compliance-related topics.
* Develop and maintain policies, review them regularly, and draft compliance reports for the board of directors and Central Bank of Ireland.
* Represent the organization at Board and Committee meetings, ensuring effective communication with regulators.
Country Head Responsibilities:
In addition to the above responsibilities, the Country Head role will focus on fostering a strong compliance culture across the jurisdiction, working closely with senior management to drive this initiative forward.
