My client, a Boutique 4* Hotel in Leinster, has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Rooms Division Manager to oversee daily operations in the Rooms departments. You will lead the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services departments to ensure a memorable guest experience, coordinating with reservations and revenue teams. The ideal candidate will have a background in Front Office or Accommodation within a similar 4* or 5* hotel environment.
The Candidate:
* Experience in Front Office or Accommodation in a 4* or 5* hotel environment
* Strong recruitment, training, and motivational skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good organizational and numerical skills
* Ability to ensure smooth operation of Front Office, Accommodation, and Guest Services
* Training staff to meet luxury hotel standards
* Collaborate with reservations and revenue teams
* Ensure staff adhere to safekeeping, cash handling, and credit policies
* Liaise with housekeeping to meet guest requests
* Keep staff informed about hotel promotions and activities
* Manage the Guest Service team and overnight coverage
