We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Benelux region. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer orders and queries with precision and efficiency.
About the Role
* Process customer orders accurately and promptly, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
* Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively, providing solutions that meet their needs.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and returns processing.
* Act as primary contact for key accounts, building strong relationships through excellent communication skills.
* Liaise with sales teams on quotations, orders, and product information to drive sales growth.
* Process daily invoicing and billing corrections with attention to detail.
* Maintain accurate records and adhere to quality management standards.
Requirements
* Fluency in Dutch is required, with fluency in French being desirable.
* A minimum of a Leaving Certificate level education or equivalent qualification is essential.
* A business or relevant 3rd level qualification is highly desirable but not necessary.
* Experience in fast-paced customer service environments, preferably within a multinational setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional telephone manner.
* SAP SD user-level experience is highly desirable.
