Responsibilities Ensure all products are rotated and dispatched in date order and they meet quality requirements Ensure orders are set up and checked in a timely fashion to meet logistic requirements Vans to be loaded and load checked along with the driver on a daily basis.
It is your responsibility to ensure stock is accurate Any shortages or impending shortages are to be notified to the Factory manager as soon as possible on the same day Correct labels and paperwork must be used at all times Accurate dispatch record for all products dispatched must be recorded and available for inspection Ensure all product and ingredients brought into the factory are put through the system to BRC requirements.
All products are then rotated properly when being issued to production.
