Key Role: Treasury Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day cash flow, including developing and implementing detailed cash-flow forecasting models.
This involves working closely with banks to manage working capital and overseeing the company's capital structure, leading the financial structuring and funding of projects. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing project finance arrangements and developing strategies to mitigate financial risks.
Ideally, candidates should have a background in treasury, capital planning, or corporate finance and possess excellent analytical and strong financial modelling skills. They should also have experience in managing teams and motivating them to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills. A qualification in accounting is desirable but not essential.
The role requires a high level of organisation, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Candidates should be able to think critically and come up with creative solutions to complex problems. They should also have a good understanding of financial regulations and be able to ensure compliance at all times.
