Due to continued expansion of eir evo, we are now seeking to recruit an experienced Mobility Deskside Support Engineer to become an integral part of our Managed Services Team. This role involves working on a dedicated team for a prestigious client, supporting an evolving and multi-technology IT environment.The successful candidate will gain exposure to technologies such as Microsoft Servers, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, VMWare, Citrix, Cloud (Azure), and the latest Microsoft applications & solutions.This is a one-year fixed-term onsite contract with our customer in Cork.High Level Overview:Monitoring, managing, and supporting customer infrastructureProvisioning accounts and equipmentDesktop support for the customerSupporting Windows desktops, Outlook, Networks, MS Office, O365Configuring Microsoft Server, Exchange, Active DirectoryMaintaining and updating documentationHardware troubleshootingManaging interactions with third partiesApplication troubleshooting and supportImaging and deploymentManaging file permissions and access rightsConfiguring and supporting mobile devicesRole Overview:Uploading and setting up business mobile applications for deployment, supporting application teams with mobility solutions, managing Google updates, and account verification.Managing Knox EFota, including campaign creation, upload approvals, and device updates, as well as Knox Asset Intelligence management.Managing Sharefile UMT by syncing user accounts, creating folders, assigning users, and troubleshooting.Resolving tickets for 3rd level mobility support.Configuring Netscaler, including traffic policies, certificate management, VIP/Netscaler management, and security updates.Managing remote management tools for field devices, setting up accounts, and handling security/infrastructure solutions without SSO.Setting up and configuring Apple Business Manager, updating certificates, re-enrolling iOS devices, and managing annual activities, including escalation management and overnight sync to Intune.Experience:Minimum 2 years in a mobile technical support environmentApplication support at 1st levelSupport for Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, MS OfficeExperience with Office 365 and virtualization is advantageousCustomer service and call handling skillsPreferred Certifications:Microsoft Specialist certification in Windows 10Microsoft MCP for Client or Server OSCompTIA A+CompTIA Net+Exposure to:Microsoft Operating SystemsWindows ServersVirtualization: VMWare, Citrix, Hyper-VSMB NetworkingUnified CommunicationsRemote Access SolutionsCandidates must be eligible to work full-time and long-term in the specified location or hold a valid long-term work visa.eir evo, eir evo talent, and our clients are equal opportunity employers committed to diversity and compliance with Data Protection laws.
