We’re on the hunt for a motivated and ambitious Export Sales Manager to join our client’s team in Cork, working 3 days a week. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and driving international growth.
Responsibilities
* Owning Relationships: Manage and grow distributor and key account relationships with skill, warmth, and professionalism.
* Strategic Planning: Work closely with the Sales Director to shape and deliver export strategies that achieve real results.
* Keeping Things Moving: Oversee logistics, documentation, and compliance, ensuring everything runs smoothly across borders.
* Staying Ahead: Track market trends, competitor activity, and performance data to inform smart decisions.
* Driving Growth: Expand our footprint internationally by securing new business opportunities and strengthening existing partnerships.
* Ecommerce Development: Explore and build sustainable B2B and B2C opportunities, with a focus on platforms like Amazon.
Qualifications
* A proven track record in business development within FMCG or food & beverage category.
* Natural influencing and negotiation skills – you know how to close a deal while creating long-lasting partnerships.
* Sharp commercial acumen and confidence with numbers.
* A proactive problem-solver who sees opportunities rather than challenges
* Someone resilient, resourceful, and able to work independently while thriving as part of a team.
