Our client, a well-established global financial services organisation, is seeking an experienced Vice President – Investor Services (Private Equity) to join their growing team in Dublin.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Transfer Agency professional with strong knowledge of private markets structures and investor services operations to step into a leadership role within a dynamic and expanding team.The successful candidate will manage and develop an Investor Services team while ensuring the delivery of high-quality operational support to clients and investors across a range of alternative investment structures.The Role:In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the Investor Services function, ensuring operational excellence, strong client service, and the continued development of the team.You will work closely with senior management, internal departments, and external stakeholders including investors, auditors, legal advisors and banking partners.Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage and develop the Investor Services teamOversee investor onboarding and account opening processesEnsure investor queries and requests are handled efficiently and professionallyMaintain high standards of accuracy and timeliness across all investor communications and reportingReview Limited Partnership Agreements and Offering Memoranda prior to fund launch and identify potential operational considerationsEnsure investor payments and distributions are processed accuratelySupport senior management with strategic initiatives and operational decision makingAssist in the continued development and growth of the Alternatives businessBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors and key stakeholdersProvide coaching, mentoring and performance feedback to team membersOrganise and lead team meetingsWork closely with Fund Accounting and other internal teams to ensure smooth operational deliveryEnsure service standards and deadlines are consistently metContribute to operational improvements and participate in projects as requiredRequirements:Minimum 8 years’ experience within Transfer Agency, including at least 3 years within Alternatives or Private MarketsStrong understanding of private market fund structures and regulatory environments across different domicilesExperience with capital calls, sub-closes, equalisation processes, distributions and waterfall calculationsExperience reviewing Limited Partnership Agreements and Offering MemorandaKnowledge of AML regulations and investor due diligence requirementsExperience with private markets accounting systems such as Investran would be advantageousPrevious experience managing or mentoring team membersProven ability to build relationships with clients and investorsThird-level qualification in Finance, Business or a related disciplineSkills and Attributes:Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong organisational and coordination abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlinesStrong attention to detailProactive approach with strong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to take ownership and drive operational improvementsWhat’s on OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packagePension and healthcareFlexible working arrangementsEducational and professional development supportWellbeing initiatives and employee support programmesInterested in Applying?If you are interested in making this position yours, please contact Louise Delaney on 01 726 7194 and click Apply below.
