We are currently recruiting a Assistant Courtyard Bar Manager to join our Food & Beverage team at Carton House.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure five-star service is delivered throughout the resort.
* Collaborate with outlet managers on administrative, operational, and team management needs.
* Handle customer issues professionally.
* Manage ordering and service within all bars in the resort.
* Drive quality of service across all outlets.
* Define daily tasks and objectives for the teams.
* Work with outlet managers and senior F&B management on new menu ideas.
* Ensure all Food & Beverage employees are trained on quality and five-star service standards.
The successful candidate will have:
* A fully flexible schedule.
* The ability to work autonomously.
* A strong understanding of hotel operations.
* Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written in English.
* Previous five-star hotel experience is desirable.
* A structured and organized approach to work planning.
* Ability to support other outlets as business fluctuates and evolves.
