10. Collaborate with compensation specialists to ensure competitive and equitable reward practices.
11. Lead and contribute to global and local HR projects.
12. Support the design and implementation of HR programs that drive performance and engagement.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within financial services or a similarly complex, regulated industry.
* Degree in HR or other related subject.
* Strong interpersonal and consulting skills with the ability to influence and advise at all levels.
* Experience working in a matrixed, international organization.
* Proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
* Fluency in French is an advantage.
* Experience in Irish HR employment law is essential.
