HR Business Partner Opportunity
Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with a multinational, exponentially growing manufacturing organisation in the recruitment of an HR Business Partner on a maternity cover basis.
Reporting into the Site Director, you will have the opportunity to partner with the Site Leadership Team whilst availing of a fantastic pay and benefits package.

You will play a key role in devising and executing on the Group People Strategy. This includes:
* Partnering with the Site Director and Leadership Team to develop and maintain the sites manpower plan in line with operational demand and budget
* Leading on workforce planning, succession, and organisational design to futureproof our people capability
* Embedding and promoting DE&I initiatives, well-being activities, and employee reward programmes
* Building strong partnerships with union representatives, the Peoples Forum, and Occupational Health
* Developing and delivering the sites L&D strategy including apprenticeships and career pathways
* Supporting and coaching leaders through PDRs, 360 feedback, and development plans
* Championing internal learning platforms and ensuring utilisation of the Apprenticeship Levy
* Maintaining accurate HR and payroll data using systems and ensuring full compliance in audits
* Producing and analysing site KPIs on absence, turnover, DE&I, employee development, etc., with actionable insights
* Building local charity initiatives, community outreach, and school partnerships
* Fostering a teamwork culture aligned with our company values
What will you need?
* Experience in a Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner position
* Skilled in leading on complex ER cases, delivering on HR Strategies and onboarding new employees
* Experienced in absence management, leading on engagement/Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives and devising/delivering training
* Proficient in utilising HRIS Systems
