Senior Retail Professional Opportunity

Main Responsibilities:
* Manage a district of stores with line manager responsibility for all store managers within your area.
* Foster a positive and motivated work environment, promoting collaboration and efficiency across the team.
* Develop, support, and coach store managers within your district, helping them achieve their full potential.
* Analyze and optimize stock movements to maximize sales and minimize waste.
* Conduct regular district tours with sales executives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
* Perform cash management checks, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
* Support projects through data analysis and provision of actionable feedback.
* Oversee store refurbishments, new openings, and re-openings, ensuring seamless execution.
* Create and implement annual business plans for your district, aligning with company strategy.
* Plan KPIs and store staffing structures for your district, driving productivity and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with Area Managers to implement company strategies, driving growth and success.
Requirements:
* Hold a minimum 2.1 degree in any discipline or possess 3+ years of management experience.
* Demonstrate excellent communication, planning, organization, and analytical skills.
* Possess a full driving license (essential).
* Be an organized, flexible, motivated, and hard-working leader who can inspire and guide teams.
* Showcase previous experience in fast-paced environments, with a proven ability to motivate and lead teams.
* Express a strong interest in developing a career in retail.
* Multi-site experience as an Area Manager would be advantageous.
What We Offer:
* Competitive starting salary: €74,000 for a Trainee Area Manager.
* Salary progression up to €114,000 after 3 years.
