The facility is responsible for tablet manufacturing (OSD) and secondary packaging (blister packing and bottle primarily for tablets and capsules), and our client is looking for a Microbiology Lab Team Lead to help maintain manufacturing operations.What you’ll do:Lead and manage the day to day operations of the QC Microbiology laboratoryOversee microbiological testing including environmental monitoring, sterility, and bioburden testingDrive investigations including deviations, OOS, and CAPA in line with GMP requirementsCollaborate cross functionally with QA, manufacturing, and engineering teamsWhat you’ll need:Degree in Microbiology or related Life Sciences disciplineExtensive experience in a GMP regulated microbiology or QC laboratoryHands on experience with microbiological testing and investigationsPrevious leadership experience or strong senior ready to step into a team lead role
