What We're Looking for:In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing content models, architecture, maps, taxonomies, and metadata.
You will work closely with both technical and client-facing business units to ensure that content is flexible, accessible, and aligned with customer needs.
What You Need to Succeed:5+ years experience in technical content development and deliveryStrong strategic planning experience, including documentation development and architectureStrong interpersonal skills, ability to empower cross-functional teams with positive outcomesStrategic thinker with a proven record of data-driven results thinking and approach to decision makingDegree educated in English, Technical Writing, or RhetoricFamiliarity with generative AI tools and processes and LLM solutionsExperience with source control software (GitHub, etc.
)Experience with clinical trials, medical authoring/editing, science writing, and FDA guidelines for technical communicationExperience with Confluence, Jira, Aha, Agile processes and software planning tools.What You Will Do:Create the information architecture for our content to enable use and re-useDesign and implement information maps and models that integrate content into the overall structure to improve semantic value and taxonomyOrganize and create efficient taxonomies, namespaces, and search schemasWork with teams to identify and resolve documentation development issuesWork with IT on system architecture to recommend modification to content workflows and operations where appropriateSeek and recommend cutting-edge tooling and processes when needed while remaining lean and cost-effectiveSupport performance and customer satisfaction, adjusting team strategy and operations based on data analysis, research, and feedbackDrive innovation, inspire your team members, and encourage a growth mindsetJoin Our Team at Datavant Ireland – A Galway-Based R&D Technology CenterDatavant Ireland is an innovative R&D technology center based in Galway, dedicated to solving complex technology challenges with a purpose.
