About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced finance professional to oversee domestic and international finance operations.
You will be responsible for maintaining robust financial controls, ensuring compliance with local and international tax, payroll, and regulatory requirements.
This involves overseeing financial compliance across European sites, including VAT, employment laws, and intra-community transactions.
In addition, you will ensure statutory compliance for all legal entities, lead and develop the finance team, prepare monthly accounts, and coordinate audits.
You will also manage working capital, including cash flow, treasury, invoicing, and FX transactions. Furthermore, you will liaise with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and insurance providers.
Your responsibilities will include providing financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions, as well as handling the negotiation and renewal of annual insurance requirements.
Key Requirements:
* Professional accounting qualification
* Strong reporting, analytical, and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
* Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and work collaboratively within a team
