I'm supporting a leading Irish insurance broker as they expand their Personal Lines team in Dublin. The primary base is
South Dublin
, but there is flexibility for candidates who prefer
North Dublin
.
They're open to speaking with both
fully qualified (APA/CIP)
and
part‑qualified
candidates who have started their exams and want a company that will support them through the rest. Salary will align with your qualification level and experience.
What you'll be doing
* Managing renewals, MTAs, client queries and retention
* Cross‑selling and up‑selling across Personal Lines products
* Completing all compliance, documentation and system updates accurately
* Liaising with clients, insurers and internal teams
* Supporting a collaborative, fast‑paced environment
What they're looking for
* APA qualified or at least 1 APA exam — CIP preferred -
a must
* Personal Lines insurance experience or general Irish Insurance experience -
a must
* Stamp 4 or EU Citizenship - a must
* Strong communication, negotiation and customer‑care skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
* Ability to work well in a dynamic, evolving environment
* Knowledge of Relay is an advantage
