Reporting to the Sales Manager, the role offers the successful individual the opportunity to develop their career within a long-established, ambitious, and growing company. The Financial Advisor will work closely with FBD Insurance management and staff locally.
Responsibilities include:
* Achieving revenue and business targets for life, pension, and investment products while maintaining high standards of professionalism and advice, conducting comprehensive fact finds to identify and prioritize clients' financial needs.
* Developing internal and external relationships to promote and grow FBD Financial solutions.
* Ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
* Continuously improving personal sales ability, technical skills, and industry knowledge.
Qualifications:
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
* Recognized qualification such as QFA or CFP.
Experience:
* Proven ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable investment, life, and pension solutions.
* Self-motivated with high energy levels.
* Sales experience with intermediaries or the public.
* Proficiency in MS Office and electronic point of sale systems.
Competencies:
* Strong customer relationship management skills.
* Excellent planning, organization, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
* Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Drive to achieve results.
