What You Can Expect
The Operations Planner is responsible for managing the 0 - 6 Month Supply Plan for assigned product families including Finished Goods & Semi-Finished Goods.
How You'll Create Impact
Strategy & Vision
* Responsible for the production schedule and ensuring any issues which will impact its timely execution are communicated/escalated to the relevant stakeholders.
Operations
* Generate weekly schedules that align with aggregate Supply Plan volumes through Month 6.
* Break down weekly schedule into daily through emergency time fence.
* Participate in Daily/Weekly Operations meetings within the site.
* Highlight any risks to supply and work closely with cross-functional teams to mitigate, including Operations, Sourcing, Quality, Finance, E2E.
* Participate in E2E Tier meetings. Escalate risks through Tier Structure.
* Monitor the integrity of data accuracy in scheduling software.
* Manage & report on daily/weekly/monthly planning related to KPIs.
* Root cause red metrics in collaboration with key stakeholders. Clearly call out any misses & help drive recovery plans.
* Collaborate within the Supply Chain function to ensure standard processes are managed and adhered to.
* Participate in the continual improvement of planning practices to ensure best-in-class production planning capability.
* Participate in monthly IBP process. Understand plan capability for assigned product families.
* Assist in annual budget process. Update annual budget through Quarterly Projection Process.
* Foster cooperation and effective communication between the supply chain team and other functions within and outside the organization.

Your Background
* 3rd Level Diploma Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering; APICS/CPIM preferred.
* 1+ years' experience within high-volume regulated manufacturing environment, preferably medical devices.
* Strong MRP understanding and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, JD Edwards).
* Planning experience preferred.
* In-depth knowledge of order management, planning, scheduling, purchasing, and inventory control.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
