Site Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Site Manager to lead daily site operations, including coordination of site labour and subcontractors. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
* Collaborating with project teams to monitor progress against agreed programme targets.
* Maintaining high-quality work standards on-site.
* Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety standards and company policies.
* Nurturing strong working relationships with the supply chain and subcontractors.
Requirements for this role include:
* Minimum 10 years' experience in Site Management.
* Prior experience as a Main Contractor; knowledge of large-scale commercial or mixed-use developments is advantageous.
* Third-level qualification or strong trades background with excellent trade knowledge.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Excellent delegation, organisation, and teamwork skills.
